Drumroll Please…(Oh, right there!) Here are the Best Prenatal Massages in Modesto

Pregnancy….ah, the joys of lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, leg pain….need I continue? If you are in Modesto and looking for a good prenatal massage, you have come to the right place! I love our community here, and all of the fantastic recommendations that I have seen flying around in the mom groups.  So to. make your life easier, I have compiled them into one place! Here are some of the MOST recommended prenatal massage places in and around Modesto!

  1.  Morgan Carpenter

Morgan’s name came up MULTIPLE times. I’m pretty sure she is incredibly well loved, because not only did moms recommend her, but doulas as well!  Definitely go check her out!

2.  Meara Faulkner

Meara is another local who was also recommended! She is also well-loved.  You really can’t go wrong.  I think one of the best things to do is to just go try her out! 🙂

3. The Body Spa

I myself have had a massage at the Body Spa.  One of the benefits of a place like this is that if one massage therapist isn’t available, you will be scheduled with another.  You won’t really know who you are getting, but once you get to know the place, you can most likely request a particular masseuse.  Our experience was pretty good, but I also wasn’t pregnant. So I can’t speak to their prenatal massages.  It’s worth checking them out, though!

4. Womb’s View

Did you know Womb’s View had a massage therapist on deck?? I didn’t, either!!  Womb’s view is actually a 3d ultrasound place, so hey, maybe you can knock out two birds with one stone.  If your kids are already with the babysitter, and you made an appointment to get a 3d ultrasound, you may as well stick around a little longer and get a prenatal massage! Win-win! 🙂

5. Helping Hands Massage and Aromatherapy

I can’t actually say much about this place, honestly.  I found it through a google search, and it wasn’t brought up in the mom groups. But if you are looking for another option, its good to know that they do actually offer prenatal massage. It looks like they have been in business for several years, so they are well-experienced, which is a great thing!

6. Mystic Body Health & Wellness

Again, this place wasn’t mentioned in any mom groups, BUT, when I took a look at their website, they actually provide a lot of very positive and beneficial services.  If you are looking for ways to clear fears and find your zen, they offer energy work, meditation, teas, body and room sprays, and have an ayurvedic approach, which is really beneficial especially for postpartum. I’m actually tempted to give them a call right now….lol..

7. Kelly’s Health & Wellness

This business has over 31 years of experience! Imagine how strong your hands would get after 31 years….just saying….;) Located at 1031 McHenry Avenue, this is a great central location that you can reach no matter what area of town you live in.

8. Andrea’s Skin Care & Body Therapy

So, I have actually seen multiple friends of mine use this place. It looks almost magical. They have a large sauna room with orange glowing walls and sand to rest your tired feet in. If you are pregnant, you probably shouldn’t be going into a sauna, but they ALSO have a lot of amazing prenatal services.  Don’t sleep on this place! 🙂 They will take care of you from pregnancy through postpartum 🙂 (And once baby is here, go check out their sauna!)

Final Words

If you are pregnant and hoping for some relief, these prenatal massage places in Modesto are some great options for you.  If you see one that is missing from the list, or if you have had a bad experience with one of these locations that you feel others should know about, please let me know!  And if you are looking for a doula, a birth photographer, or a newborn photographer, I would LOVE to chat!!  I accept most major credit cards, Affirm, and personalized payment plans.  Keep it real! Hope to see you soon!
