Believe it or not, the season of motherhood where kids are still in the house is incredibly short. They all come in their own special, magical, wild ways, with tiny fingers and tiny toes. Then they get a little bigger and leave their socks all over the floor. They make us see the wonder in the world around us, they challenge us to our depths--and before we know it, we are completely changed, deep down, into a much better version of ourselves- and soon, they are all grown up, and we wish we could hold on to the last stage just a little longer.
That's what I'm here for.

Prep for your shoot
On the day of your session, we will check in, we will meet up, and have some fun :) I'm a pretty laid-back photographer, as I like to let things unfold naturally so as to get the most true-to-you experience that we can. I will help to gently guide you, but I don't do a lot of strict posing.

Galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks :) You will be able to download them directly onto your computer or phone.

If you choose a newborn session with an album add-on, I'll get to work preparing that for you, and soon, you will be able to hold those photos in your hands, looking back on something that is already a memory--something that will be more impactful over time. Investing in prints is really an investment into the future you.

Nudity in your birth photos is not required. I like to go through a thorough list with you beforehand so that you can feel 100% comfortable.

I typically book anywhere from 3-6 months ahead of time, but feel free to contact me if this isn't your situation!
I travel for maternity, family, and newborn sessions with an additional travel fee, depending on location. I do not typically travel for birth sessions, as this definitely makes things more complicated! :) But feel free to contact me, as each individual birth situation is unique.
Maternity sessions are usually scheduled any time after you are 30 weeks. I would say try to get them done before you are 36 weeks so we do not accidentally miss our opportunity due to an exceptionally eager baby ;)
I sure am. As a certified doula, and twin mom I know how to handle your little one with gentleness and safety. I am also child and infant CPR-certified, and am very careful about how we pose and swaddle baby so as not to limit airflow.
You bet! I LOVE making albums for my clients, and prints are also available through your gallery. I am quite fond of printing photos, as we lost our entire first year of our boys' lives in the cloud, which ironically, was supposed to be the safest place to store them--or so I thought. So now I highly encourage printing and make it easy for you to do it!
