The Newborn Experience.
As an experienced newborn photographer and twin mom, I know how quickly these little details fade from our memories, and how tired and in-love you are! So I will do my best to capture as many of these sweet little moments as we can.
Lifestyle newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home. No need to trek into the wild with a newborn! I will bring simple swaddles and a Moses basket, as well as headbands/bows. We will work around baby's needs and schedule, feeding, diapering, and resting as needed. We will find a well-lit area of your home (usually a nursery, master bedroom, or living room, or all of the above!) Your entire immediate family (plus grandparents!) are invited to attend as we celebrate the wonder that is your new little one.
Newborn sessions are lifestyle, meaning, not a great amount of posing is done. I believe this will help capture your baby as they truly are--with all their cute little stretches, curled up toes and fingers, and adorable scrunches.
I am newborn safety-trained, and by our own life experience, highly understanding of their delicate respiratory systems, and therefore, VERY cautious to make sure they are able to breathe well throughout the session.

The Booking Process
- INQUIRE. Shoot me a message, let me know you are interested, and include your due date and any questions you may have. If you'd like, we can also schedule a zoom call (or in-person, whatever you prefer) to chat.
- SIGN A CONTRACT. Fill out your contract, your questionnaire, and pay a non-refundable retainer of $200 to save your spot. (The questionnaire is SUPER helpful, as I will refer to it for all of the important details leading up to your session!)
- BOOKED! You are officially booked! Easy peasy. Once you are fully booked, I'll reserve your tentative due date in the calendar, and we will plan your newborn session around 7-14 days after baby is born.
